Children

All ages are welcome! Infants (under 3) are free of charge. Children includes ages 3 - 15. Under 18s must be accompanied by an over 18.

Pets

Sorry, no pets.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Electron, Bank Transfer.

Check In & Check Out Times

Earliest check in is 3.00pm or 2.00pm depending on your accommodation. Latest check in is 10.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 11.00am.

Other Policies

Groups sizes are limited to 10 people across three glamping options/pitches. Please contact us if you are part of a larger group and would like to find out more about our whole site booking option.

We are very sorry but we cannot accommodate pets on site.

Ling’s Meadow is a quiet, relaxed campsite. We would ask all of our guests to respect this and in particular, keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Please do not bring amplified music, but acoustic instruments are always welcome around the campfire.

We allocate one car parking space per pitch/accommodation. We ask that you respect this wherever possible but if you do need an additional space please select this extra option when booking. Additional space is charged at £10 per stay.

We ask for a deposit of 50% now and then we will contact you four weeks before your stay to arrange payment of the balance. If your booking is made within four weeks of your stay we ask for full payment.
